How do I know when my order ships?

When your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date(s). 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to the email used on the order with tracking information.

How do I check inventory?

You can check stock if you're signed in to your account, or not signed in at all. Follow these steps to see if your item is available:
1. Search for your item using the search icon in the header of the website.
2. Click on the item.
3. Click on the color that you want (only if there are multiple options).
4. Click the size(s) that you need and it will tell you if that size is in stock, has low stock, or is out of stock.
"Low Stock" appears when there is less than 25 pieces available.
What is my wholesale cost?

If you are not signed into your online account, you will only see retail costs. Wholesale costs are coded on an (A).

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders of 6 pieces or more.
Orders of less than that will be a flat rate of $15.00 for UPS Ground.
How do I get a discount?
Discounts will be determined internally. Please reach out to us about a possible discount.

Yes! We offer a 25% discount off sample orders. Samples are limited to one piece per item. More information can be found here
