Return and Sample Order Policy

Return Policy

We know ordering clothing online is sometimes difficult. So, if you or your client aren’t satisfied with your purchase, need a different size, or decide to go with a different item, please let us know within 90 days of purchase and we will happily refund the purchase price. 

 

It’s easy to return product.  Simply reach out to us at orders@gamehide.com with your order number and details, and we will authorize the return and you will be provided with an RMA# and return instructions.

Returns are no longer accepted after 90 days from the order date. 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

 

Please Note:

  • Gamehide is not responsible for items returned without an authorized RMA#.
  • Original delivery fees may qualify for a refund only if the order was incorrect. Call or email Gamehide to arrange these returns and discuss qualifications.
  • International returns accepted. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. 
  • Not in new condition – If a returned item is decorated, soiled, covered in hair, smells of smoke or in any way altered from its new condition when returned, you will not be refunded at all.
  • Closeout Items - Returns are not accepted on closeout items.

 

Exchanges are not accepted. Please request a return and place another order for the items that you need.

Sample Order Policy

  • Samples are limited to one piece per style.  You can add as many styles as you need, to an order.
  • If you need to order a sample(s), please clarify that in the "Notes" section in your cart.  3rd Party shipping account #'s need to be added to this section as well (optional).
  • Samples are 25% off net price and that discount will be added after the customer has placed the order and is in the review process.
  • Closeout items are not eligible for the 25% sample discount.
  • Samples are non-returnable.
  • Sample orders are not eligible for free shipping.
  • Sample orders must be placed separately from a purchase order.
